即日起適用新修訂之《學位論文延後公開審議要點》，凡研究生申請學位論文延後公開者，延後公開期限至多以5年為限，申請次數以1次為限。


內容︰

一、本案業經110學年度第2學期第6次行政會議修正通過，並已置於本校圖書資訊處網頁供參（圖書館首頁／關於本館／規章辦法）。
 

二、依109年8月19日臺教高通字第1090112935號函說明，學校若有學位論文資訊揭露不足之情事，教育部得據此調減系所招生名額，為避免增加本校學位論文永不公開之情事，本次增訂延後公開期限至多以5年為限，申請次數以1次為限。(第五點第二項)
 

三、即日起凡申請紙本論文延後公開者，請依以下規定辦理：

1. 申請事由須符合學位授予法所述之項目（涉及機密、專利或依法不得提供）。
2. 填具「學位論文延後公開申請書」（國圖、北科各一張），檢附與申請理由相符之佐證文件後，經研究生、指導教授、系所主管親筆簽名，未檢附證明文件者將退回申請。
3. 延後公開年限至多以5年為限，申請次數以1次為限。
4. 請於上傳電子論文時，於系統Step2上傳簽署完整之延後公開申請書及證明文件掃描檔，並於提交紙本論文時一併繳交申請書及證明文件之正本。

Notices for thesis embargo application:

1. Only those whose thesis content is involving confidential information, patent registration or any legitimate reasons can apply for delaying the open access date for paper copies.
    
2. To apply for thesis embargo, sign the 2 copies of "Application Form of Embargo on Release of Thesis/Dissertation" (one for NTUT and one for NCL) and attach with any evidence materials or the application will not be accepted.
    
3. The application can only be applied for once and the public access date can only be delayed for 5 years at most.
    
4. Please upload the application forms with evidence materials attached at "Step.2" in the thesis submission system and submit the original copies to the library along with the paper copy of the thesis.
